The story so far

Born in New York, I moved from the United States to Germany in 2006. I live in Kassel, home of documenta and Ahle Wurst.

I’ve been teaching business English since I came here, I also edit and proofread copy, web content, books (six so far) and LLM prompts, specializing in texts that are translated from German into English and English written by speakers of other languages. I’ve worked with many professions, including: engineering, supply chain, law, tax consulting, IT, quality management, finance and controlling, human resources, project management, and department managers. I’ve worked with people in the automobile industry, medical device industry, pharmaceuticals, publishing, and regulatory agencies.

I like what I do. A lot.

For a long time, I lived in big cities. I lived in Philadelphia for 17 years.

Now I've lived in a much smaller city for over 17 years, on a different continent.
